During our Soft Skills weeks of training, students gained valuable insights and skills through a variety of workforce development activities designed to enhance their employability. They dedicated two days to refining their resumes, ensuring they were polished and ready for job applications. The teamwork workshop provided them with essential collaboration skills necessary for the workplace. Students engaged in critical skill-building sessions that prepared them for diverse job environments and received valuable guidance on their lEPs, creating personalized pathways to employment.
