Shereka Danzy
Program Manager
Shereka Danzy is a retired combat military veteran with an impressive 25-year career in the United States Army, where she achieved the rank of E8 Master Sergeant. Notably, she made history as the first female Drill Sergeant for the New Jersey Army National Guard and completed two combat tours in Iraq and was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal. While in the military Shereka served as a sworn law enforcement officer, holding the title of Senior Parole Officer with the New Jersey State Parole Board for eight years.
Currently, Shereka is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has been working as a project manager with a workforce development company for the past year and a half. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from William Paterson University. In addition to her professional endeavors, Shereka is dedicated to mentoring and coaching others, sharing her wealth of experience and knowledge to inspire the next generation of leaders.

Melissa Moreno
Human Resources Director
With a deep passion for fitness and mental health, Melissa Moreno has dedicated much of her life to service and personal growth. A veteran with 24 years of active duty in both the US Navy and US Army, they also served as a s Sheriff's Officer for Hudson County, NJ, for five years. Now retired, Melissa inspires others as a yoga instructor, certified master fitness trainer, and mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters. They are also a Certified Project Manager Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and Construction Manager in Training. Outside of their professional endeavors, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family as a proud mother and grandmother.

IT Support
Shahaf Himo is a highly experienced IT professional and project manager with over 15 years of expertise in leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful projects across various industries. Holding multiple certifications, including CAPM, LEED V4, CMI-T, PMI-CP, and OSHA 30.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to manage complex IT initiatives, oversee marketing campaigns, and lead teams to achieve business objectives. His experience spans roles such as Account Manager in IT, where they developed key business relationships and managed project schedules and budgets, and Marketing Specialist, where he implemented effective social media strategies to drive client growth. In addition to his technical skills, Shahaf has a solid foundation in project management principles. His military background in the Israeli infantry, where he served as a Sergeant, further underscores his leadership and discipline. Shahaf's diverse background, combined with his technical proficiency in tools, and various social media platforms, positions him as a versatile and results-driven professional committed to delivering excellence in every project he undertakes.
